- Online stores are created using the Virtuemart shopping cart add-on to a Joomla Content Management System website. Checkout is processed securely through Paypal's secure servers using a credit card or Paypal account. Authorize.net may also be used as the Virtuemart payment gateway.
- Clients with 5 or less items who don't need the flexible features of a full-service Virtuemart shopping cart may use simple Paypal buttons for checkout.
