Our Vision

We are an open and inclusive congregation consisting of informal faith communities. We're searching for a spirituality that connects us to something greater than ourselves - the Spirit of God. We are exploring ways that we can live out our faith in our daily lives. We are learning how to address real issues in people's lives - social justice, healing, recovery from addictions - with compassion and integrity.  We are committed in the way of Jesus to struggle for justice, compassion, and life-giving spirituality for all people.

God has called us to reach the un-churched and de-churched of Siouxland by creating a community of communities with a heart of compassion and passion for social justice, a spirit of inclusiveness and an experience of God in everyday life.

We are learning to Love and Live in the Way of Jesus Christ.

Our Mission

Our mission is to nurture spirituality, build caring community, and work courageously for peace with justice.

Our Theology

We believe in God who loves us right where we are.

We believe in Jesus Christ who calls us to be in an inclusive community, and liberates the wounded spirit.

We believe in the Holy Spirit that is with us always, calls us into action beyond words, and extends hospitality to all.

We are called to serve, teach and learn, and grow.

Our Core Values

We are committed to:
Empowering Christians through small group ministry and study of the bible.
Welcoming and celebrating persons of diverse gifts and abilities, family structure, race, culture, sexual orientation, gender, and age.
Equipping non-ordained servants, as well as ordained, to carry out the ministries of the church.
Developing the gifts of spirituality, compassion, and justice-making.
